Man in jail arrested again for marijuana and drug paraphernalia
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin James Davy, 18, of Fort Mohave, early Tuesday afternoon for possession of marijuana and six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies.
Monday afternoon deputies responded to drugs located during a Probation Department search at a residence in the 4400 block of South Cindy Road. Deputies contacted the Probation Officer. The Officer reported a strong odor of marijuana inside Davy’s bedroom. The Officer also reported locating a plastic bag containing marijuana, along with pipes with residue and containers with residue. At about 12:41 p.m., deputies contacted Davy at the Mohave County District II Substation after he was arrested earlier Tuesday (12/13) morning on a probation violation. Deputies arrested Davy on the above mentioned charges.
