Man charged with shoplifting and possession of narcotic prescription drugs
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Charles Philip Martin Jr., 40, of Bullhead City, Thursday morning for shoplifting and possession of prescription drugs.
At about 9:00 a.m., deputies responded to a shoplifting report at a store located in the 4800 block of Highway 95. Dispatch advised a male suspect wearing a blue shirt left the store walking and is currently seen in the pool area of a nearby RV park. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the male subject identified as Martin. A store employee responded to the location and identified Martin as the subject trying to take merchandise without paying. Martin was taken into custody without incident. A search of Martin revealed two yellow capsule pills identified and narcotics.
