Couple arrested for warrant, drug paraphernalia, false report to law enforcement
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Patrick Keenan Doyle, 48, and Lourdes Aguayo, 35, both of Fort Mohave, late Sunday morning.
Doyle was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants for failure to pay fines issued by Bullhead City Justice Court and Bullhead City Municipal Court. Aguayo was arrested on four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, felony, along with false report to law enforcement and contempt of court, both misdemeanors. At about 11:30 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in the 4400 block of Calvary Road in reference to a wanted person identified as Doyle. Upon arrival, deputies observed a female subject walk into the house from the yard where there was a car parked. Deputies contacted the female subject identified as Aguayo. Deputies inquired about Doyle’s presence and Aguayo advised that he was not there. Deputies observed a male subject sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle that Aguayo walked away from. Deputies contacted the male subject identified as Doyle and took him into custody without incident. A record check confirmed Doyle’s active warrants. A computer check revealed that Doyle has an order of protection against Aguayo. Deputies contacted Aguayo and took her into custody without incident. A search of Aguayo revealed a glass pipe with a white powder residue and three plastic lighters. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.
