Extreme DUI running red light
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Leonard Allen Neumiller, 61, of Laughlin, Nv., early Thursday morning 1/14 for DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08%, extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .15% and extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .20%, misdemeanors.
Deputies observed a vehicle run a red light and almost collide with another vehicle on Highway 95 at Aztec Road. At about 12:30 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4500 block of Highway 95 and contacted Neumiller, the driver. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Neumiller. Following the field sobriety tests (FST’s), Neumiller was taken into custody and transported to the Mohave County District II Substation where an analysis revealed his Neumiller alcohol concentration (BAC) to be .307%.
