Two weapon offenses, shooting stop sign
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffery Scott Kinrade, 52, of Houston, Texas, and Richard Nolan Deloach, 52, of Long Beach, Calif., late Sunday afternoon 1/3. Kinrade and Deloach were arrested for disorderly conduct with a weapon, felony. About 4:30 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Cactus Drive and Kofa Drive.
Dispatch advised that the reporting party advised that two male subjects shot at a stop sign with a gun. Deputies determined the stop sign had two large holes and contacted two males subjects identified as Kinrade and Deloach at a residence in the 4500 block of Kofa Drive. Kinrade told deputies that he has not shot a gun in years and he wanted to refresh his memory. Deloach said he showed Kinrade how to shoot the gun and he only fired once. Kinrade and Deloach were taken into custody without incident. The shotgun was confiscated. The two were transported and booked into the Mohave County District II Substation.
